Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Cancellation — Free cancellation or reschedule if requested 24+ hours before appointment — No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment — $40 reschedule fee if client notifies less than 24 hours prior; new time is set by Mr. Muras — No-show without notice is treated as a cancellation — no refund — Mr. Muras reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control Pricing & Vehicle Classification — Additional charges apply if vehicle condition requires extra time or products — Client is responsible for price difference if incorrect vehicle type is selected (Sedan / Crossover / SUV / Truck) — Final price is confirmed on-site before work begins if condition differs from what was described Liability — General — Muras LLC is not liable for any damage to paint, glass, trim, or body related to the detailing process — Muras LLC is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or prior damage — Muras LLC is not responsible for damage to interior components including electronics, screens, HVAC systems, or mechanical parts — All pre-existing damage must be reported and documented before service begins — claims made after service will not be considered — Client is advised to remove all valuables from the vehicle before service; Muras LLC is not responsible for lost or missing items Ceramic Coating — Ceramic coating results depend on proper vehicle preparation and pre-existing paint condition — Muras LLC does not guarantee coating performance on paint with existing scratches, oxidation, chips, or previous coatings unless paint correction is performed first — Ceramic coating requires 24-48 hours curing time — client agrees not to expose vehicle to water, rain, or washing during this period — Muras LLC is not liable for coating failure caused by client's non-compliance with post-care instructions — Warranty (if offered) is void if vehicle is taken to an automatic car wash or improperly maintained — Color, gloss, or hydrophobic results may vary depending on paint condition, color, and vehicle age Service Area — Service is provided only within the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas, Hall, Bartow, Cherokee, Paulding, Forsyth, Clayton Agreement By booking an appointment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms
